Muy bonitos las habitaciones, limpias y amplias. El desayuno es bueno Y en la tarde hacen un happy hour con vinito y quesitos. El area de la alberca es también súper amplia y bonita.

Very nice hotel, terrible experience while checking in, came up with a very unfriendly, unprofessional lady who wouldn't help me register, because of a misunderstanding about my reservation. She told me "talk directly to Expedia". I wrote a letter to the management of the hotel, and they answered very quickly and helped me with everything. Everything else from there on was great. It's incredible how this kind of hotels can allow themselves to have staff members that will only make them lose customers.
