“Nice spacious villa but needs much better maintenance. Property is in a village setting with security at main gate. Property can be accessed by car, bike or by taxi. The blinds in the main bedroom downstairs are dirty and guests can be seen from outside at night when light on in bedroom. They need to have a proper curtain. Kettle and toaster don’t work properly. No TV in two out of the three bedrooms. Tv in lounge small. Aircon in back downstairs bedroom dripping. ”

“The location is good, but the bathtub in the room wasn't cleaned, and the rooftop jacuzzi wasn't cleaned either. It was slippery and felt terrible. There was no cleaning every day, and it cost 2,000 baht per service. There were no garbage bags either. I asked the staff for them, and they only gave us three bags for a three-story villa with eight rooms. We ended up having to buy them at the supermarket!”
