“Bad staffs- lied about policy. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. They initially claimed that their strict guest policy was clearly mentioned online, but later admitted that he lied.Being dishonest with guests is unacceptable. Had to move out of Raviz to another hotel in 3 hours because of staff’s bad behavior. As international travelers visiting Kerala, it is completely normal for us to have guests visit. Every other hotel we’ve stayed at allows visitors after proper ID...

They have an on-site restaurant that does not have any functioning staff or even a full menu. Table tennis table was broken and there were hardly any other amenities.”
