“The building is a classic, older one that looks great. The location is close to Oceano, Grover Beach, and Pismo Beach. Nice overall environment. Friendly, positive, owner always ready to help out with anything we needed. We didn't need anything, but definitely felt at home. We'll return if we get a chance!”

“This house was perfect! My family of 5 traveled down to California to visit the beach. We needed something with enough room for all of us that was also a short drive to the beach. I was pleasantly surprised about how clean this house was when we arrived. Not to mention how lovely the neighborhood was. This property offered ample parking for our 2 vehicles, and was a short drive to some wonderful restaurants in town. I can’t thank our host enough for sharing their lovely home with us, and...

It's well stocked with the right supplies to make your stay extremely comfortable. We enjoyed the location, walked to town regularly to hang out, have breakfast, lunch or dinner and enjoy music. The main house on the property is great, and the guests were always great to meet for a quick hello. We...

Beds were comfortable and the extra parking spots on the property is an added plus. It's an easy walk into downtown area. Central enough for a short drive to the beach in Avila and Solvang. While we always bring our own coffee, having a drawer full of coffee pods and sugar provided was a nice surprise. Kitchen is well appointed. ...

“The house was very clean and comfortable. It had a well stocked kitchen and everything was in working order. The number of steps into the house was never mentioned and it could be difficult for older visitors. We had a good time with numerous places to hang out both inside and outside.”
