“The room was fine; however, the service we received was terrible. There was a problem when we arrived because the person in charge didn’t open the door for us, and later we asked for help to call a taxi for the next day since it was very difficult for us as we don’t speak the local language. He said he would help, but in the end, he didn’t do it. I do not recommend this hotel at all. It is far from the tourist area, and the service is terrible.”

“Zen hotel was a surprisingly beautiful experience.The area where it is located is quite unassuming especially if you arrive at night but the hotel is a gem! The place is very welcoming, rooms nice and big and they have a private spa that you can book for your own use which is a great amenity! Breakfast was also quite nice and service great in general. Stores, restaurants, bars in the vicinity and hotel has private reserved street parking for free. It's just 25min drive from the airport so great...
