“Super friendly staff and cute hotel but, the room was full of spiders and made it feel really dirty.”

“They email said the room is ready at 14.00pm… at 16:30pm door looked, no access to the property, no staff at reception. After making a call extra30 minutes to wait till one person arrived. Infested with mosquitos.restless nights because of them, my body is covered with bites, itching swollen arms and face. The room walls covered with black spots l think from others before me...

“This is a former "palace" (really a chateau), which has been converted to a hotel. It is in an isolated location. We called ahead, and they kept the dining room open for almost 1/2 an hour until we arrived!! The staff was extremely helpful. Our room was very large, with a very high ceiling, but was very sparsely and cheaply furnished. The plumbing was bizarre- the room bathroom had two taps, and both delivered very hot water. (I let a glass stand overnight so that I would have room...

“We never found this place, lost our money for nothing, Bad communication or cheating?”

“Muy bien ubicado. Decoración algo anticuada, ducha abierta, no me gustó. Habitación confortable, buen colchón. Almohadas muy bajas. En resumen estuvimos a gusto.”
