Description of property indicated no pets, which we need because of allergies, but we found out when we arrived that pets were allowed with a deposit, and we saw pet hair. Otherwise it was clean and comfortable.”

We were stuck inside for most of our time because of a snowstorm so we really appreciated the large tv, cozy setting and well stocked shelves so we could cook ourselves. ”

“Property was just as detailed in the listing. However, when we arrived on Friday night, the family that was due to check in on Saturday was already in the home. They were very nice, realized their mistake in the check in time and proceeded to leave for a hotel. They had already taken showers and had friends over by the time we arrived. This could’ve been a much bigger problem and a safety issue had they been a different group of people.”
