“This property was what I expected. We were simply looking for a place to sleep because we were at conferences during the days. This property was very similar to a hotel room and provided all the amenities we were looking for. Garbage disposal and cleanliness were not ideal, but overall were acceptable for our purposes.”

“Cute, comfortable place to stay! My bestfriend and I were in town for a concert and it was nice that we only had to drive about 10-15 minutes to the Walmart AMP venue. It’s also very well lit at night and the neighborhood felt comfortable and safe. We also happened to notice a cute bakery just right down the street and really enjoyed checking it out, too. Thanks for a great experience!”

“We stayed at Groveport for an overnight after a day on the lake. The check-in process was very simple, and the host was incredibly accommodating. The location is excellent and the cove is easy to get in and out of with a boat, or to stay and swim and play in (just watch for snakes). The resort is super cute and offers a pool, fire pits, outdoor grills, and a very relaxed hang-out vibe. I wish we had stayed longer! The duplex was clean and has a great layout. “Great place, fully automated with the codes provided. Would be better if the codes were the last four of our phone number, other automated lifts do this. Communications with the management team was fast and they are very responsive to questions. The place was spacious, great location off the trails, over a bike shop, with a bar/grill across the street. Would recommend to others, and will return. Thanks!”
