A Little Piece of Paradise
What a sweet spot near Patagonia Lake State Park. Our Casitas had everything we needed. Our superhost made us feel at home and offered helpful tips for exploring the area. We'll be back!

Just what we needed!
We were traveling to see parents and stopped by for just a night. We were looking for a place that we could relax and unwind this place was the perfect fit. We got the treat of a beautiful sunset and sunrise. Robin was an amazing host and the property was clean and comfortable. Our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer. A+

Quiet with beautiful views
My husband and I stayed in the Hummingbird Casita while birding in the area . Robin was very welcoming and gave good directions to the Casita. The unit is well stocked with everything you could possibly need and was super comfortable. It’s very private and quiet except when we could hear coyotes howling at night. We loved the coffee and granola that was provided. A lovely place in a lovely setting.

Beautiful Location
We stayed in the Hummingbird Casita for our 10th anniversary weekend. It was clean, well-stocked, and the views were amazing! The cute kitchen was perfect for making coffee, breakfast, or a small meal (she even had an electric kettle—always appreciated as a tea drinker). We spent one afternoon just lounging on the swings and enjoying the view. It was great! Would definitely return.

Casita in the Desert
Can't say enough praise for this little gem of a place! The amenities were perfect for my husband and I, plus our pup. Close to Lake Patagonia for kayaking and a 25min drive from Sonoita wine country. Perfect weekend escape!

Beautiful & restorative getaway
We loved our stay at the Hummingbird Casita. It was clean, well-equipped and had an amazing view. The hosts were kind and helpful and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the stay. We’d highly recommend Birdsong for a relaxing getaway with incredible views.

Favorite rental ever
I’ve booked VRBO rentals for years for family vacations & getaways with my husband and the hummingbird casita was my favorite rental of all time. Robin was an amazing host - left us homemade brownies and lemon water, was extremely responsive and helpful during our stay over the app, while also giving us complete privacy. The casita itself is perfect - extremely clean and comfortable and impressively functional and well-laid out for the amount of space. The kitchen deserves recognition - I was pleasantly surprised at how well-stocked and organized that little kitchen was. I cooked 2 full meals and had everything I needed and more. But the BEST thing about this place is the location. Wow. The view, the climate, everything about this place made us never want to leave. Within hours of being there, my husband and I felt our bodies and souls relax and unwind. In fact, we spent a day looking at land in the area because in the end, this may be our forever home. Despite being so remote and away from the hustle and bustle, we had excellent cell service and wi-fi, with a large television to enjoy. The place also had very clean tap water and great water pressure and a wonderful bathroom & shower. We met Robin in person on the last day we were there and she is wonderful. HIGHLY recommend if you’re looking for a place to relax, breathe and take in some gorgeous views of God’s creation.

Nice stay in Patagonia
Property is located in a peaceful area of rolling hills near Patagonia Lake State Park. Casita and the surrounding property is well taken care of and comfortable. We had a very enjoyable weekend and plan to return

Quiet, cozy getaway
Casita was neatly furnished, had everything we needed in the kitchen. Bed was very comfortable. Property was quiet, many places to sit and enjoy the sunsets and birds. Very convenient to lake as well as nearby towns. Would definitely stay again.

Peace & Quiet is Yours
Songbird is the perfect retreat to get away from the noise, crowds and everyday rat race and just BE. It is an amazingly beautiful spot. One can do as much or as little as one likes. Songbird has all the comforts of home with NONE of the hassles. A perfect retreat. We give it our highest recommendation.

Great quiet getaway
This was a great, quiet getaway spot for my wife and I. The property was really well appointed. The town of Patagonia doesn’t offer a lot of activities or restaurants, but we weren’t looking for that. It was quiet and peaceful, just what we were looking for.

Bliss and serenity at Birdsong in Patagonia, AZ
This dog-friendly oasis offered my husband and hounds an escape from the congestion of everyday life. Ten minutes from Patagonia State Park for great hiking and boating and restaurants in the charming town of Patagonia, this charming casita with panoramic views will clear your mind and rejuvenate your spirits. We will definitely return. The host also provides you with some wonderful goodies for both humans and doggies.

Quiet retreat
This casita is the perfect quiet retreat. We had a lovely time on this beautiful property. Our little furbaby was accommodated with bowls, towel and even a toy! The place was spotless; the linens soft; and all the essentials were there to make meals. The fridge is large enough to accommodate groceries - a trip to Nogales (12 miles). Internet and Netflix for those times you do want to connect. It's a quick drive to Patagonia Lake to which the owners offer a season pass to use while staying, so you don't have to pay the $20/day. Beautiful lake with day amenities and birding opportunities. And the stars, all those stars we don't get to enjoy in the city.

Quiet and relaxing
We had a wonderful time. Our two dogs had a great time too. The close proximity to Lake Patagonia (a 7 minute truck ride, I think) had us throwing sticks for the girls to retrieve to their heart's content! Then NAPTIME, LOL. The evenings were beautiful, while we enjoyed a margarita under a gorgeous, unpolluted sky. Next time I'll bring a telescope! Robin & her husband were very easy to talk to, and helpful whenever we needed anything, which was rare. I'd certainly recommend this quiet getaway, and we'll certainly return!
