“The place itself it nice and clean and well stocked, close to the beach and all necessities. The two things I did not like are; The house has a circular driveway and the owner parked their Tesla to charge right in front of the entrance of the unit so every time we had to go anywhere we had to back out our car on a circular driveway which was a pain, it's ok if you had to do it once but if you have to do it a few times a day it becomes annoying very fast trying to maneuver out of a circular...

“For a single person this is just right. The homeowners were very kind and welcoming. Excellent bathroom. Loved the shower. Not far from the beaches. Great place for me to be by myself and attend baseball Spring training games”

“It was a beautiful, private space. The location close to so much. The owner communication was great-very comprehensive and always very timely. I loved that the room included a book with lots of information and suggestions. The Amenities were amazing - bicycles with locks, kayaks with a cart and instructions, cold drinks, washer/dryer, etc. My only frustration was that the listing did not mention more clearly that it was on the second floor.”

“My new husband and I stayed at the guest house for a week on our honeymoon. We had both never been to the Sarasota/Anna Maria Island area, and were blown away with how beautiful it was. This stay is perfectly located 10 min from downtown Sarasota, and about 30-50 min from Anna Maria Island and Siesta Key. “Great location, close to the airport”

“We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. A/C worked great, we slept comfortably. There isnt a dishwasher, but it has everything needed to cook whatever you want.”

“This room was comfortable for myself and my two children 9 and 7. The beds were comfortable and new. The sheets didn’t stay on the mattresses very well though. The dresser and nightstand had more than adequate storage space for clothes for a week. Mugs, cups and silverware were available and a large refrigerator. The location was easy to access beaches and stores nearby. The tiki bar is delicious and we tried several food items and they were great. The service was fairly slow whether it was busy...

“Property was fine. There were hangers but no rod to hang them on. Also, no real place to hang wet towels. The shower doors do not really keep the water from leaking out and soaking the floor around the toilet. Other than these couple small things, the room was good. WiFi was pretty bad but not anything the owners can do about that.”

“This gem is located in the center of multiple horse farms! Centrally located to everything you’ll want to see or do, including beaches, Dearborn Street, beachside dining, etc… Owners home is in front of cottage but not so close it feels on top of you. We met them and they are very nice and have a beautiful family. We loved petting one of their horses (you’re free to just wander the area around the cottage) and being a farm girl myself, I loved the roaming chickens and fresh eggs the owners...

“Overall good place to stay, minutes from a mall, 10 minutes to the beach, good variety of eateries, gas stations, grocery, Walmart and Target. Although the pool is in a shared space it was not arkward. My 9 year old wanted to stay in the pool the entire time we stayed. Lovely garden grounds.”
