Stay in Noord, Aruba
The property and host were both exceptional! The home was very modern and was just like the pictures. The living space was large and pool was perfect for after the beach. The location was a short walk to two nice beaches and an easy drive to several restaurants. Ruben was incredibly communicative and ensured we had a high-chair and crib for the baby. He also dropped off snorkeling equipment and hooked us up with a private chef for our final evening. Highly recommend!

Great Spring Break Trip!
The photos were accurate - great property! Host was very responsive. We had groceries, flowers, and an arrival platter delivered. Check-in was extremely easy. Kitchen had everything we needed. Everything was very clean. No issues with anything during our stay. We spent quite a bit of time by and in the pool. A great beach is right across the street. We liked the rooftop. Nice bathroom connected to each bedroom. AC units is each bedroom. Great property. Great experience. Thank you, Ruben!

Highly Recommend
Phenomenal experience! The rental is modern, beautiful yet comfortable & impeccably clean. Daytime & nighttime pool dips was a real highlight for our kids. Details that were appreciated: full bath in all bedrooms, nightlights, nice towels, Netflix, comfortable beds with nice bed frames, pool floats, and the fact that there wasn't a binder full of instructions for cleaning on our departure. May not be suitable for kids younger than 4 due to the stairs. With a car rental, this place was in a great location! A few hundred feet away is Boca Catalina Beach. Close (2-5min drive) to Arashi Beach, the California Lighthouse (recommend visiting - only $5 to walk up for views) and Faro Blanco restaurant. A lot of the restaurants/shops/Eagle beach are only a 10 min drive. Beaches start to fill up as early as 7:30am, aim early if that's important to you. All of it was amazing! 10/10!!!

All Around Perfect
The property was beautiful, very clean, had everything we needed and perfect for our group of 4 couples celebrating my husband’s birthday. (One couple had the twin beds room, but they didn’t seem to mind at all). The house had plenty of space to spread out, inside and outside. We all loved the location so close to the beach and great for morning walks and far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown area, but easy to get anywhere with taxis. We did have one rental car to use for grocery shopping, etc. Ruben was very helpful and accommodating. We would rent this property again in a heartbeat.

Fantastic
The property was beautiful, very clean and lots of space. The pool was great to have as its very hot in Aruba. Also loved the outdoor BBQ it was used a lot great to have the big grocery store nearby and they deliver as well. The manager Ruben was fantastic to work with, he helped us with literally everything we asked. He was very responsive.

The property was amazing it certainly exceeded all of our needs. Location was perfect as we rented a car for our stay. Neighborhood was great as well very quiet just a short drive if you wanted more tourist activity. Every suggestion that Reuben suggested was perfect for our group. Communication with host was seamless very quick to respond to all of our local questions. Reuben was a most gracious host upon a return visit to Aruba I look forward to choosing this property again it was perfect. Great location to Arashi beach which was great not over crowded at an amazing sunsets. Rooftop deck gives amazing views of the island. Only oversight there are no outlets in bathroom for curling iron or blow dryer but an extension cord was provided in one of the bathrooms.

The Perfect Getaway!
I honestly can't say enough wonderful things about this home! The property was beautiful, clean and well-equipped with everything you could need. The home is exactly how it looks in the pictures! It is in a great location and the beach was literally a two minute walk down the block. Ruben was friendly, extremely helpful and responsive. This home was perfect for our family! Beautiful vacation home
This property was very clean, had lovely amenities , and was the perfect sized space for our family of 6 adults. The outside spaces were amazing- including the gorgeous pool area, 2 balconies, and a large roof top deck. Also just minutes to two of the nicest beaches in Aruba. Exceeded our expectations!

Perfect Location
Ruben's property has everything you could need, and it is in a great location. We only had four people but could have easily had 8 and been more than comfortable with plenty of room. The kitchen had everything you could need, and the townhouse also had every amenity possible for a great beach vacation. Ruben was very quick to respond to any questions we had about anything! Other than Baby Beach, Boca Catalina was our favorite place to snorkel on the island. We went with my sister and her husband, who had been to Aruba many times, and they said it was the nicest place they had stayed in Aruba. I would highly recommend.

Perfection all around!
I cannot tell you enough how extremely pleased we were with this property! Not only was it super clean, but it's beautiful, and literally located in the best location on the beach (in our opinion). It's literally a block from Boca Catalina beach which had plenty of shade under the trees for our little ones, and the best snorkeling in Aruba - the excursion boats drop all of their paying customers here and we could just walk over from our house. We couldn't ask for more! The owners provide plenty of chairs, an umbrella, beach towels, and plenty of floats for the beach and pool. You don't need to bring anything with you. You're also 5 mins to the Ritz Hotel (they have a great coffee shop), drive through coffee shops (Island Grind is my fave), and plenty of restaurants. The grocery store (Superfoods) was maybe 8 mins away? Ling and Sons grocery is better, but maybe a bit more expensive. Arashi Beach was a short 2 min drive and they have a beach shack with drinks, food, etc. Arashi was a larger beach, but it was much busier and the snorkeling wasn't good. We preferred BC! Ruben and his team are wonderful - they made sure we had everything we needed. He even installed an alarm on the sliding glass door to the pool because I was worried about safety with our kids (5 and 2). We cannot say enough good things about this property! I don't often stay in the same place twice when I travel because I like to experience new things, but I will absolutely be back to Ruben's!

Great spacious townhouse with pool
This clean, new townhouse is very spacious with 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom + an extra powder room. Large open kitchen/dining room/living room with sliding glass doors out to the patio & pool. Quiet location, small beach across the street; shopping, dining & additional beaches within 20-30 minutes (so a car is recommended). Ruben was responsive & helpful with any questions.

Boca Catalina Bliss
The property is exactly as shown. Clean and spacious in an excellent location, especially if you are familiar with the island. Be aware there is some construction in the neighborhood, but it is all over the island. Even the contractors that were working were considerate of our presence. Rubin is A+ at dealing with any issues you may have. While we had a couple very minor issues, Rubin was all over getting them addressed. Literally within a couple hours. I would not hesitate to stay again in Boca on our next trip. You are on the quieter, less active end of the island yet only a 5-10 min drive to the hustle and bustle of the high-rise district. As well as about 150 feet from one of the better snorkeling beaches on the island. Access with the new "highway" is much more convenient allowing you to bypass the congestion of downtown Orangestad. Rooftop views in the evening are excellent. We had a blast, Thank you Rubin.

EXCELLENT!!
I'm new to VRBO. Ruben was prompt in providing answers to my questions. The location is 1 block off Boca Catalina Beach with an easy walk. Sunsets were viewed from the rooftop. The condo was perfect for us. Entry-level bedroom for us older couple and 3 bedrooms upstairs for the younger crowd. We'd go to the beach (be there by 0900 to get a shaded spot) with the supplied beach chairs (6) for the day, then come back to the condo and hangout around the pool while cooking dinner. Ruben is a GREAT host, answering my questions (I can be obtuse sometimes), and checking on us during the week. We'll be staying here our next time here.

A week in Paradise!

Amazing townhouse
This was a PERFECT place to stay on Aruba. The townhouse was exactly as described, was beautiful, large and roomy, well appointed and in such an awesome location. There are beach chairs and floaties and even a cooler available on property and plenty of towels. It does have a washer and dryer which were super convenient. You just need to get your own laundry detergent. There is also a great view of the ocean and sunset on the roof! The dunk pool is excellent as well with an outside rinse shower. Ruben was very attentive, answered very quickly, and made things smooth and easy. There is amazing snorkeling directly down and across the street. Arashi beach was just a few minutes up street. You can rent umbrellas and beach loungers and you can get food and drinks there. Great beach! It is also only about five minutes to Palm Beach area where there are great restaurants and nightlife. There are only a few things I will mention just so guests coming in are aware. First, in townhouse #1 specifically, there are NO outlets in any of the bathrooms. There are also no bathroom amenities such as body soap or shampoo etc so you will need to get your own. And right now there is construction going on around this place. They started typically about 7:30am and wasn’t super noticeable but you will hear them. Looks like this will be going on for quite awhile. Again, this does not affect my review just thought it should be mentioned. Overall, if I was coming back to Aruba I would stay here again without hesitation!!!! Thank you Ruben

Amazing place to stay
The house is beautiful, bright, modern and spotless. There is lots of room to spread out. The location is perfect - a two minute walk to a quiet, lovely beach and access to other beaches a few minutes more. Ruben could not have been nicer or more accommodating. He responded to all of my questions within moments and made recommendations for a chef to come in who made us one of the best meals of the week! We had our own small pool out back which was great. Would return in a heartbeat!

Amazing experience! Must stay at above Catalina!
We had the most amazing time in Aruba. The house was perfect in every way, and Ruben was spot on with his communication. He had the kitchen fully stocked with pots and pans and top of the line appliances. He offered beach towels so we didn’t have to travel with them, and had a cooler in chairs for our use. Ruben was like having our own concierge service. The house was located in a nice private area close to the best beach for kids. We are already planning on going back next summer!

We have been visiting Aruba since 2006 , we have started staying at other properties besides hotels . This was a great place for a family or even a girls trip . Having our own rooms and bathrooms was perfect . The pool is a perfect size to relax by . The walk to Boca is short , i wouldn’t even call it a walk . Thank you for the memorable stay !

Modern home close to beach

Perfection!
This townhouse was perfect!! It was spacious, and we loved that each bedroom had it's own bathroom. The beds were so comfortable. The rooftop sitting area and the pool were both favorite areas to hang out in the evenings. Everything was so clean!!! And our host Ruben was SO helpful. Check ins, recommendations, answered questions... responses were always very quick and friendly. We can't wait to visit again!! 😊
