✔ Beach Essentials: We provide beach towels, a cooler, and beach chairs (camping chairs + Tommy Bahamas). Snorkel gear and umbrellas not included. Beach chairs must be returned to the villa after use; missing or damaged chairs incur a $75 replacement fee.
✔ Towels: 1 bath towel and 1 beach towel per guest included for the duration of your stay.
✔ Starter Kit: Small shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll & dish soap provided to get you started. Once these items run out, guests would need to replenish them as needed.

✔ No Drugs Policy: Possession or use of illegal drugs will result in immediate termination of the stay.
