“We had a wonderful time at Amur residence during our family visit in town. The property is very clean and equipped with all you need. It’s a nice quiet area with lots of trees at the park across the road. Cezar was very welcoming and accommodating. We needed to check out a little later due to our flight time and Cezar was happy to provide us with extra time at no charge. Overall wonderful experience and great people!”

The drain to the tub leaks from under the tub. At first, I thought the cleaning crew accidentally left a mop behind but that ended up coming in very handy to clear up the small lake that would form during every shower. “It is not far from the city, with tram you are in center in 5 stops. But in general taxi is very cheap. The apartment was good, spacious the rooms were big. The only thing was that there was no heating or cooling. There is some thermostat for temperature but i guess was not working because it was cold. ”
