“Bottom line: The house was okay, but the real problem was the management company. Because of them, I would not recommend this property to others.Positives: The location is great, the square footage is sufficient, and there is a nice master bedroom suite. We also appreciated access to a garage, an upper floor deck with BBQ and fire table, and the second living room.Negatives: The beds in the three downstairs bedrooms were pretty uncomfortable, to the point that some of us had to sleep on couches...

“This place was perfect for a weekend at the lake with friends! However, the registration process with the rental company was a bit excessive. I don’t agree they need all of the information they requested for just a weekend stay. ”

“The house had mice that were running all over the kitchen, getting into our food and defecating on the counters. Dead mouse in the garage. The bath mat in the downstairs bathroom was ingested with bugs. We had to throw away food and clean up feces daily. The property manager only said this is common for Lake Tahoe. All my years of visiting Lake Tahoe I’ve never had to deal with this. It was disgusting. ”

“This was an amazing site. Very clean and a short walk to many eateries. The property manager was very communicative and friendly. My family and I were extremely comfortable and happy. But make sure not to get makeup on the towels, the cleaning lady doesn’t like that. ”
