Holiday apartment Deichhaus (top floor)

The Deichhaus Upstairs holiday apartment is a beautiful, modern apartment located on the first floor of a three-family house.

The living/dining room, with its integrated, fully equipped kitchen, sofa, two armchairs, and comfortable dining area, offers ample space for a games night with family or friends. From here, you can access the lovely private sun terrace, furnished with garden furniture and a parasol, perfect for sunbathing or simply relaxing.

The apartment has two separate bedrooms. One bedroom features a double bed and a TV with satellite reception. The second bedroom serves as a backup room for snorers or other guests. Both bedrooms also have blackout blinds and exterior shutters.

Due to the open granite staircase leading to the first floor, children under six years of age are unfortunately not permitted for safety reasons.

The modern bathroom/toilet is equipped with a walk-in shower and a built-in vanity with a large mirror.

A private parking space is available directly at the house, as well as a lockable bicycle garage with electrical hookups for e-bikes.

Unfortunately, the apartment is not suitable for wheelchair users. Rentals to tradespeople are not possible.
