The Deichhaus ground floor apartment is a beautiful, modern apartment located on the ground floor of a three-family house and has a separate entrance.

The living/dining room with an integrated, fully equipped kitchen, a sofa, a recliner, and a comfortable dining area offers plenty of space for a game night with family or friends. From here, you can access the fenced terrace, which is furnished with garden furniture and a parasol, perfect for sunbathing or simply relaxing.

The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed, satellite TV, blackout blinds, and an exterior shutter.

The modern bathroom/toilet features a walk-in shower and a built-in vanity with a large mirror.
... A private parking space is available directly at the house, as well as a lockable bicycle garage with electrical hookups for e-bikes. Unfortunately, the apartment is not suitable for wheelchair users. Rentals to tradespeople are not possible.
