Holiday apartment Passat

The Passat holiday apartment offers approximately 90 m² of living space on two levels. On the first floor, you'll find the living/dining room with a dining area, a sofa, two reclining chairs, and satellite TV. The separate, fully equipped kitchen leads to the furnished balcony.

Also on the first floor is the bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet.

A cozy wooden staircase leads to the second floor, where you'll find two separate bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, a TV, and a window. The other bedroom serves as a backup room for snorers or other guests and features a Velux window with blackout blinds. There is also an additional separate toilet on the second floor, near the bedrooms.

Due to the open staircase leading to the second floor, children under 6 years of age are unfortunately not permitted for safety reasons.

The apartment is unfortunately not suitable for wheelchair users. Rental to tradespeople is not possible.

A private parking space and a lockable storage room with a power outlet for e-bikes are available.
