“Very clean & quiet. Plenty of towels & pillows. Loved the window seat in the room for my son to play and eat at. Lots of breakfast options, plus fridge/microwave in room. The pool is quite small, but the pool area was clean and always stocked with towels. Regular plugs & usb plug at desk.”

“Llegamos antes y nos dejaron entrar a las 12 sin cargo adicional. La habitación muy completa, una cama grande de matrimonio y un sofá cama de dos plazas. Todo muy nuevo. También tenía una pequeña piscina (con exceso de cloro) y un gimnasio con bici, elíptica y mancuernas. El desayuno muy correcto considerando lo que te encuentras en otros hoteles. Aparcamiento gratuito al lado de la habitación. Muy cerca de un centro comercial.”

“We had a great experience staying here. The room and bathroom were spotless. The water in the shower was hot and had excellent pressure. Lots of towels and cloths were provided. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were so good, we didnt even use our own pillows. The wifi signal was great as well. Cable TV was provided, no Smart TV so if you want to use streaming apps, you need to bring something. We had an excellent stay here and are planning to stay again in April.”

“As always everything at this hotel was stellar. There are hotels for less in Hearst but this one is worth the bit extra. Especially if you want to book into the suite with the kitchenette! 2 queen beds, barstools, bigger fridge, hot plate. Great tub for a soaking bath! CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN breakfast is great as well!”

“Front lobby had a huge leak in the roof pouring water into a few buckets. Our Bathroom smelled of urine. Heat registers were rusty. Bathroom sink had a dirty facecloth sitting on it. We walked out didnt spend the night we decided to drive another 2 hrs to sault st marie. We werent given a refund. Staff were friendly but this place should not be able to operate.”

“Place is new and well maintained. Staff we’re great With lack of restaurants in this small city I would suggest breakfast to be served. Minimal of a full continental breakfast with boil eggs with assorted bagels, english muffins wrapped muffins. ”
