“We stayed in a 1 bedroom King room that also had a queen size Murphy bed. The room was large, comfortable and a great space to relax and spend time with family. We loved the view of the lake! ”

“We had already been driving for 7 hours and were an hour away from destination when the hotel called to explain they had no room for us despite our calling the hotel that morning to confirm reservation. We refused to accept this news as we already knew there were no other rooms available in Cochrane. “As always everything at this hotel was stellar. There are hotels for less in Hearst but this one is worth the bit extra. Especially if you want to book into the suite with the kitchenette! 2 queen beds, barstools, bigger fridge, hot plate. Great tub for a soaking bath! CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN breakfast is great as well!”

“Clean rooms, owner was helpful when I asked for assistance getting the heat going in my room. Lots of parking. Restaurant attached was not great. Ordered a pub food platter and almost everything came out cold. But hotel itself was great for a one night stay. ”
