“I paid so much money for my bath tub not to work and never get fixed. Then my shower was barely working. When I told the front desk they didn’t help me at all. They didn’t offer to move me. They sent someone and they said they’ll come the next day and never did.”

“Hotel clásico venido a menos por falta de mantenimiento y de inversión. La entrada y los pasillos desprenden un cierto encanto, pero las habitaciones están desfasadas. La cama se hunde, debe ser tan antigua como el hotel, y el baño necesita una remodelación urgente. Tampoco tiene spa en funcionamiento como lo tuvo tiempos atrás.
En definitiva le sobran los adjetivos de “grand hotel”. ”
“En general, bien. Sería fantástico que incluyeran amenities en el baño, aunque sea a demanda, para una urgencia. Se podrían trabajar un poco más el desayuno. Pero la localización es perfecta.”
