The cottage was clean, had a hairdryer in the bathroom, coffee, towels & wash cloths, sheets, condiments, dish liquid, broom, vacuum cleaner, A.C., lotion , hand soap, front porch with rocking chairs, comfortable beds, etc... just like home. The hostess was exceptional. Enjoyed!"

"Just love the view. Karen is always most helpful and responds almost immediately if there is a rare issue I.e. burned out light bulb. The house is clean and comfy. We’ll be back, again."

"Neat little cabin in the woods but convenient to town. Really enjoyed sitting on porch. Being 73 years old sleeping upstairs with the bathroom downstairs was a little challenging at night. Had a little problem with the door lock but Tad took care of it quickly. If I had to complain it was that the entry could have been swept and cleaned up a little better. Enjoyed our trip to Helen and surrounding area. Thanks."

This property was close to Helen, Brasstown Bald, Bell Mountain, and just nature. I would recommend staying here to anyone you will not be disappointed."

"We enjoyed the home - it had several nice aspects. Very clean, good kitchen, the king bed was super-comfortable, and the many options in lighting and ceiling fans was appreciated. The screened porch overlooking the forest with the sound of the river in the background was wonderful – well furnished with rockers, tables and chairs to enjoy outdoor meals, without bugs! The creek access is down a steep grade through the trees, with flights of wooden steps, but neither up nor down was more than any...

"This property was absolutely perfect for us! The creek was secluded and perfect for our dog to enjoy. The river was gorgeous and fun to play in. The house had everything we needed and we ate almost every meal there. The bed was very comfortable. I absolutely loved the big glass windows looking out to the porch. "During our 3-day stay, there were no daily housekeeping visits. If we wanted fresh towel towels, the "resorts" infor flyer stated "come down to get them". Tub would not drain first day. My wife removed a MASSIVE hair clog. "

"Quick overnight stay. We checked in pretty late. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice. The room was clean. It’s an older place but it has been recently remodeled. I feel like this property is very reasonably priced considering the remodel. No complaints, I would stay here again. "
