“The Terrence restaurant was excellent. Staff generally very friendly, except for the breakfast restaurant. They seemed annoyed when we asked for poached eggs, there were no cups left for tea or coffee. Again, they said 'aren't there any at your table". Impatient when we asked for help. We had the Balmoral suite, the view was incredible. It was a superior room and the bath was very deep and luxurious. The grounds were very relaxing. ”

“The Hotel is looking it's age and the room was dated. The bathroom has no exhaust fan and the Shower Tiles are very slippery, also the passages leading to the rooms are poorly lit.”
