The host being non responsive! Got there late (9)due to traveling delays. Had address and code, opened the door to be greeted by a large dog and man. That was not happy we opened his door. Messaged host waited 30 minutes and had to have driver take us to a hotel. More expenses. Got response 30 minutes after checking into hotel. Next day checked out and he said we could use house behind the original one. Inside the house it was 20 degrees. No heat on, could not get heat to come on, had to call and get instructions on how to get the heat started. It took 9 hours after arriving that we could take coats off and be semi warm. By next morning the breakers were blown and called host twice with no answer, texted him and got response right away and he said we have to go outside and flip breakers.the list goes on. But this review is for the house booked but we were in the house behind The lack of host attention made it worse. Since we didn’t stay the whole time booked due to host error, I would have thought an offer to reimburse would come.
