“Great views and very clean”

“We had a great overnight stay in this clean and chic guesthouse. It was situated on a spacious wooded lot with a blacktop driveway shared with the owner's beautiful home. We were very comfortable and enjoyed the double sinks in the bathroom and the electric fireplace in the bedroom. With a few added amenities like a spot to set luggage in the bedroom and a couple comfy chairs on the main level this stay would have been perfect.”

“Gorgeous house for those who like peaceful locations in the countryside. Three bedrooms with queen/king beds, decorated with great taste and full details. Beautiful fully equipped kitchen, media room with huge tv and living with plenty of space. Communication with Tim is very easy, he is a great and very responsive host. We spent three nights and had the chance to hike some fantastic trails nearby. This beautiful place sets the standards very high.”

“We had a great vacation!! The house was beautiful and there was plenty of room for two families. The dock was perfect for lounging by the lake while the covered portion was perfect for the smaller kids to be out of the sun. The only thing I will say is that the steps are something else. We have stayed at several houses on Tim's Ford with steep steps, but these are straight up with no plateaus and no hand rails. It was a little scary for the smaller kids, so just prepare for that. “Great layout for family bedrooms and gathering space. Could have more cooking utensils (spatula, meat fork, tongs) baking sheets, pitcher and serving platters. Also, 12 cup coffee maker instead of individual coffee pods. Otherwise, plenty of room and great location for us. ”
