Not only is the location amazing, opposite Hampton Court Palace, on the River Thames, and close to Bushey Park, but the staff are fabulous. They go above and beyond. “The parking and elevator system must be improved. Nothing connects and you must go through urine soaked “tunnels” to get to your car. A very clean hotel and nice once inside. But I would not ever recommend somebody stay here if they are driving in. All elevators on the garage were broken (4-5) and the ones in the hotel did not connect and also some don’t take you to street and some do. We spent most of our “leisure time” trying to figure out where to park, how to carry luggage, and trying to...

“Bar staff were not very helpful when checking in and left me waiting for the manager for 15 minutes and was ignoring me and non-responsive when I would ask what the delay is. Other than that the experience was fantastic, the room was lovely, the restaurant was lovely, can’t complain. Just the check in experience left a slight sour taste.”

“My husband and I spent 2 nights at The Swan Inn. The staff were all fantastic and the food at the restaurant was great. Having a breakfast cooked to order included in the price was a nice surprise. “Edwina was a welcoming host! Nothing was too much trouble! Made sure we always had what we need! Accommodating our American car! Fabulous fresh cooked breakfast! Room was lovely which was cleaned daily. The best shower pressure! Tea coffee, water and juice in the room. Great location, walking distance to Esher town centre and the Racetrack! “.A la llegada descubrimos que estaban en obras en el hotel.Haciendo el check in,preguntó por el ruido y la recepcionista me contesta que es solo d 9:00am a 17pm ..Le digo que ese horario no es compatible con nuestro descanso ,viajando con un niño d 6 años y me dice que cancele la reserva (sin posibilidad de reembolso los 520€ x 3 noches ,3 personas ).Fue una mala respuesta,esperaba que nos diera una solución,como buscar una habitación lejos del ruido ya que el hotel estaba prácticamente vacío...
