Condominios en Noroeste

“Great space. Several restaurants and bars walking distance. Short car ride to convention center/theater district.”

“Location was outstanding! Home had everything we needed. Bed was very comfortable. Furnace wasn’t functional so it was a bit chilly. Also-the TVs seem to be tied to light switches. We thought the living tv wasn’t working but then hit a light switch and it came on. So that might be something to inform guests about. Overall-great stay!”

“nearby brewery, close to restaurants, nice neighborhood”

“Great place. Recommended. Better than hotel for sure.”

“We had a really nice stay and an overall excellent day here. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!”

“Great place overall! Just a bit of confusion with parking but otherwise no issues at all.”

“A great Denver downtown stay. Very clean with a comfortable bed and two extra roll away beds. There is a parking garage underneath that you can pay to park in. They didn’t let us know about needing to pay for until a few hours before check in but we paid and it was worth it. There are some restaurants within walking distance. We would stay here again. The owner was extremely responsive to messages.”

“The quick response from management with a check in issue helped make the rest of our stay fantastic. Great place, great space, great bathroom. ”

“Great place. We’ll stay here again. ”

“It was a great experience.”

“Great location. Great communication with host. Very clean.”

“We have stayed at Espadin in Denver several times and have always enjoyed our stay overall. This last time was a disappointing in terms of the cleanliness and condition of the unit. There was hair in the sink and the shower in the bathroom and it looked like there was a quick cleaning pass over the rest of the unit. Also, the sheets on the bed and pillows were awful. Finally, the hoops I had to go through just to rent the unit were cumbersome to say the least, especially since we had already...

“Corners of the bed a bit dangerous. Both of us have bruises on our legs from hitting the edge off the bed frame. ”

“We had such a great visit & this condo was the perfect place for us. We were there to see Supercross at Empower Field. The event was only 1 block away. We didn’t have to worry about parking or traffic afterwards. Great location, close to paved trails to run, bike or walk. Close by restaurants to walk to. Close to downtown. Condo was clean, beds were comfy, check in & out was easy. We’d stay there again.”

“Great location, clean, easy check in and the communication with the host was excellent”

“The unit was nice, beds comfortable and the location can't be beat for the price. Issues that others may want to take into account include: street and hall noise, this wasn't bad but was noticeable. The primary bedroom's blinds did not go all the way down the window so there was a good amount of light let in at night. Since we were on the 5th floor there wasn't really a privacy concern. The shower water pressure and heat was less than ideal but for a 3 day trip it was fine. Again, we had a great...

“Condo was clean and as advertised. It was stocked with everything we needed. We had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend Bold & Elevated.”
