“Most unpleasant experience ever. The front desk tried to trick us by giving twin beds set together instead of of our booking for king beds. First they said no more king beds, then I demanded for the reservation I made. Front desk staff was rude. Hotel is not maintained. They have 2 breakfast buffets. One for Chinese and another for the rest. I don’t understand that. I think this hotel is good for Chinese travelers. But hotel staff are very demanding as if they are giving rooms for free....
