“The hotel profile in hotels.com is completely misleading: nice pictures of an nonexistent restaurant, no room service as detailed, ants in the room. I was the only guest at the hotel during my stay, an atmosphere of complete abandonment. Terrible is a compliment! How do Hotels.com allows the registration of a scam like this? Outrageous and extremely expensive for the service provided. ”

“Tolles Hotel. Das Zimmer war sauber, sehr schön und hatte sogar ein Moskitonetz. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und herzlich. Die Hotelanlage war sehr ruhig und unglaublich idyllisch (besonders der Pool). Die Lage war hervorragend. Man konnte den Kern der Stadt perfekt zu Fuß erreichen und in der Umgebung befanden sich diverse schöne Restaurants. ”

"Super friendly staff with no exception. They know you by your name and make you feel great. Khmer massage exceeded my wife expectations. Breakfast was very good with many local and western options. You can hire tours or taxis with them, but I don't felt pressured to do it. Good restaurants nearby and pound actions at a dirty walking distance as well as the night market. Having 2 electronic keys instead of just one is the only I can think they can improve."
