el servcico muy atento y con gran disponibilidad a pesar de lklitado manejo del ingles y mi camboyano ( Khemer) era aun peor.
El unico pero, que envuantro es que al salir del hotel te detienen paravrevisar la habitación, en la cual te dejam unas sandalian muy sencillas perp simpáticas.
pensando que xomo es comun en lo hiteles te dejan pantuflas que son n una cortesia decidí conservarlas.

“El mejor hotel!! Gran ubicación, diseño, cuartos amplios y limpios. La alberca espectacular, la comida muy rica y el staff súper amable!

No me gustó para nada que el baño de la habitación solo tuviera regadera adentro de la tina. Tenía un cancel muy reducido y se tiraba toda el agua por todo el baño, ademas que para entrar y salir esta muy peligroso.
Unos días dejaron tapete para la regadera y otros días no. La habitación es para dos personas y solo habia un servicio para café o te.
Me sorprendió porque el hotel Raffles de Phnom Penh estuvo excelente y aunque el DÁngkor es...

“I stayed for 11 nights, and the place was very clean and cozy. It feels luxurious. Having a washing machine was a big win. The staff are very kind, and the security made me feel safe. They helped with everything I needed and delivered whatever I asked for. Two things to note: there aren’t many kitchen items, but if you ask, they’ll bring what you need. Also, in the shower, lower water pressure gives hotter water. Overall, it was perfect! Definitely will stay again if I come back to Siem Reap”
“Super friendly staff with no exception. They know you by your name and make you feel great. Khmer massage exceeded my wife expectations. Breakfast was very good with many local and western options. You can hire tours or taxis with them, but I don't felt pressured to do it. Good restaurants nearby and pound actions at a dirty walking distance as well as the night market. Having 2 electronic keys instead of just one is the only I can think they can improve.”
“We loved our stay at Tunnel Urban Retreat. The staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. We had a group of 6 people in the 3 bedroom suite and it was perfect for our group with quiet rooms. The pool was excellent, an oasis in the middle of the city. Walking distance to the night market, old market, great food. I would recommend this to anyone coming to Siem Reap.”
