“We loved the space, very clean, great amenities, looks like a perfect combo of a cozy apartment and a hotel room. The only problem is that it’s not very soundproof, and you can hear people using restrooms or showering in the neighboring rooms. But would definitely stay again!”

“This hotel is perfect for your stay. Quiet, pleasant, comfortable place, with many restaurants nearby... I would just add a little more lighting to the kitchen and some shelves to put belongings in the bathroom.”

“Estuve aquí 10 días y fue una estancia muy agradable, el hotel muy bonito y limpio. Las habitaciones son amplias y tienen cocina por lo que se ahorra dinero en comida. Tiene televisión con cable, internet, servicio de lavadoras. La zona me pareció segura, aunque es mejor llevar o rentar un auto para poder moverse más fácilmente. El centro de Chicago está a 40 minutos en taxi más o menos. La gente que trabaja aquí es muy amable y agradable, especialmente Nikki en la recepción. Lo recomiendo.”

“Great location for exploring the city. Right on the blue line. Not great for relaxing-fire station across the street, expressway nearby with frequent honking. Walls are paper thin and you can hear everything from neighbors. No reliable luggage storage. Overall, I definitely recommend it, just don’t stay here if you want something really peaceful and relaxing.”

“Excellent communication with the host. Clean room. Centrally located near the blue line Chicago stop. Close to stores and food. Easy access to all of Chicago sights from here. I stay at alot of vrbo/air b&b properties in different cities and I would recommend this place.”

“This place wasn't adequately cleaned. To the naked eye it looked fine but after some time you'll notice. Stepped in shower and it felt gritty(no removable showerhead so you can assume how they are actually cleaning the shower). Found two long brown hairs in shower and one blonde hair when i took my socks off. There was a piece of dried food on the TV remote. Only stayed because I didn't want to have to figure out another spot but I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Hotels are better for this, at least they...

“Great location with two master suites with king beds. Breakfast buffet was good. Next time I will request first floor as there is no elevator.”

“Relaxing, quiet and clean neighborhood. Love the retro decor. Kitchen is well equipped for those that might want to cook. A few branches were down in backyard, furniture wasn't set out yet such as outdoor dining table and chairs or gazebo, but overall property was in good condition. Thank you for a relaxing place to stay.”
