“Room was clean, condition of the overall room was pretty bad. We were put in a handicap room for some reason which was not the issue, someone had pulled the curtain closing rods off the curtain along with pulling the curtain off the curtain rod. The bathroom had one of the towel rods had one of the supports pulled out of the wall. The water pressure in the shower barrel can out of the shower head and cleared the fixture. The bathroom sink bowl was too small for the opening in the bathroom...

“We had a really great stay at Cloudland at McLemore Resort. The property is beautiful and very well maintained, and the views were truly the highlight—absolutely breathtaking and so peaceful. The heated infinity pool was also a big win for us and made the experience even better. My only suggestion would be around the food. There aren’t a lot of options on the menus, overall we found the meals to be just okay. If we return (which we definitely would), we’d probably venture off property for more...

“In good conditions”

“The room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. It is a pet friendly hotel so there was a REALLY yappy dog that started barking at 5:30am and continued into the night. Our fridge in the room didn’t hold cold air (stripping seemed to not be strong enough, or loose) but besides those minor inconveniences, everything was great. ”
