“So obviously they have been remodeling. The new updated flooring looks so much better. The room we had ; had an old shower with mold. Definitely need to replace the showers! The tub in my room was AWESOME! I loved the lake view . Although during our stay our privacy “fence” broke so we really couldn’t enjoy it the next day. “I booked this hotel from out of town! When I got there the staff were really nice and the hotel was very clean! I stayed do 4 days on my 2nd day my room key to the pool didn’t work! The lady Char at the front desk made it seem like it was my fault and told me she needed to look into my reservation and just had a nasty attitude because she took my key and locked me out of my room! I waited over 30 minutes for her to figure out what’s wrong with my key that she kicked me out of my room with....
