“Hotel muy bonita pero con signos de desgaste. Para dar unos ejemplos hay un cuadro por encima de la cama que tiene una mancha grande de café, y la moqueta tiene muchas manchas y está floja en algunos puntos. El personal muy amable pero el servicio en el momento de pedir algo deja mucho por ser deseado. Se olvidan pedidos, y pasaba mucho el mismo en el titanic Belfast también.”

“Staff were mega. Go above and beyond to make sure our stay and trip was the best it could be. The two girls on reception were amazing and couldn’t do enough for us. Service was second to none and one of the best hotels in the city. ”

“The only thing I would point out is the Massive Pot Hole at the carpark entrance, it was covered by a puddle so I never saw it. Needs fixing ”

“The place is very good located at the heart of the city. Just 10 minute walk to Oxford-Road train station and 15 minute walk or less to Picadilly Station. There are lots of restaurants and take aways close to the place. City Center is just 5 to 10 minute walk. The hotel is pretty good and personnel very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and clean. Breakfast is average, I think it should be imporved. Overall stay was grat ! Thanks !”

“Highly recommend. The hotel was clean, modern and rooms very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Drinks of an evening were relaxed and on the Friday and Saturday there were singers on. The swimming pool and spa facilities were lovely. More water fountains needed! Breakfast was tasty and good quality, however on the Saturday morning we had to wait about 20 minutes for eggs! The younger members of staff were not the best at responding to requests unless more senior members of...
