“READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE RESERVING!! Listing is extremely inaccurate. The apartment smelled heavily of cigarette and marijuana smoke. Overall the apartment is very run down. Also, listing says that there is a security gate that is closed and locked every night for safety and that you will need a code to get in. That is completely not true. Gate was left open 24 hours a day which allowed a ton of traffic in and out all night. On the second night we were there there was a man breaking into cars,...

“The house was incredible! All the amenities that you could need. Extra sheets for bed if needed, items to clean up little messes, entertainment for all ages. Having the ability to use the garage was wonderful in the summer heat. Hostess was easy to communicate with and got back to us in a timely manor if there were any problems. Centrally located to all we wanted to see, parks and walking trails close to the house.”

“We were not able to even get inside the place. Instructions were sent a couple days before but it did not include an access instructions. Reached out to the host for access instructions and he responded after a couple hours. I sat in my car outside the property for an hour before calling VRBO customer support. The first agent couldn’t find any access information, the supervisor found it and I thought everything was going to be good. The host then responded with hard to understand communication...

“Sadly, we did not have a good experience at this property. Starting with the door code not working, we tried four different codes (and took nearly an hour) before one worked and opened the door. The host communicated only through the portal. The house was not as pictured. We found it dark and gloomy, especially the main bath. There was no rug as pictured in the living area, no media console table under the television. Many of the pillows and bedding did not match the photos and appeared to have...

“This property was better then described. In a quite neighborhood with a large back yard for your pups to play. The house was very clean, lots of seating for your comfort and 3 extremely comfortable king size beds. Carol's kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to have a home cooked meal as well as your morning coffee needs. Have to do laundry, no problems she has all the supplies you will need. Carol was very responsive for any questions and always willing to help with...
