“This was a great place to stop and spend the night before we continued on to our final destination in Canada. The hotel was very clean and the reception area was very inviting. We liked the walking path into town as well. My only complaint is that we asked for a recommendation for dinner and she directed us to a place that was about 10 minutes away. The riverside view was nice, however it was very loud inside and the food was expensive and subpar. What she failed to let us know was that...

“Note it's an airport hotel, but no shuttle. I get it, remote northern Minnesota. & Only 2 flights a day in & out of Bemidji. But with no taxi service til 7am , and unreliable Uber/ Lyft then what? Ok, what, you wall to the airport at 5am.”

“Unfortunately went down for breakfast at 915am and my only choice was ham. The attendant walked in and out twice without filling anything. Thankfully theres a McDonalds nextdoor.”

“The staff here is amazing! Local cab service was out of commission so one of the hotel staff gave me a ride to the airport to make my flight. The hotel has a very nice indoor area with a massive aquarium and plenty of sitting room. If you have a car with you there’s plenty to do in town while you’re staying in TRF.”
