“We have stayed at a couple of the owner’s properties in Seattle and this was our favorite. Great quiet, walkable neighborhood with ample parking. Close to amenities within city. Beds are very comfortable - You could sleep for days. ”

“Honestly, one of the best places I've ever stayed in! We had the king with the private bathroom - The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. Having a designated parking spot was wonderful to have and it was a very quiet area to stay. We did not get to take full advantage of the kitchen aside from the microwave but upon looking around they truly had everything you needed to cook! I have family with food restrictions and this would be the first place I would ever recommend. ”

“Check in was easy. Staff were friendly and they were helpful with suggesting public transportation to get to Downtown Seattle. The room was great for the night. My only conplaints are that we did not have hot water to shower with and the frost on the bathroom window was peeling. I dont know if there are people who live behind the building but it made me uncomfortable that someone would have the ability to see in the bathroom. Other than that, we enjoyed the stay and staff at Beston. I would stay...

“this unit has decent prices for seattle and is quiet and safe, but it is really a bare bones set up. i was able to park on the street nearby the property. the owner was never able to provide functioning internet during the three nights i was there. the password supplied was never accepted. it would have been nice to have a bathmat in the bathroom and maybe an extra blanket in the closet. coffee maker works but filters supplied were the wrong type. ”
