“Our stay was pleasant. We stayed there as we had a private function to attend in Beaudesert...easy drive. Great dinner at tavern nearby and lovely breakfast & good coffee at local cafe. Staff couldn't be more helpful. Would happily stay again.”

“Instalaciones bonitas pero mal mantenidas. El check-in desastroso (la recepción cierra pronto y no nos dejaron la llave por lo que tuvimos que reclamarla telefónicamente). Los compromisos de HOTELS en relación al trato VIP no se cumplieron y nos dieron excusas incoherentes. En definitiva, buenas instalaciones que podrían estar en mejor estado y atención muy deficiente. A tener en cuenta que no hacen la habitación a diario!!!.”

“Overall we had a great time. My husband cut his finger pretty bad on a broken tile in one of the pools. Borderline needed a hospital visit and stitches. Staff really could have handled the situation better. Concern could have been more and the tiles were not fixed. If a child cut their finger the way he did then could have been a lot worse for a tiny finger. Property was clean. Could have been more complimentary dishwasher powder and toilet paper. 2 rolls for a family of 4 for 7 nights isn’t...
