“This was, without question, the worst 5-star hotel I have ever stayed in. I have travelled extensively across Europe, the Americas, and Asia for both work and leisure, and this experience fell far below any reasonable 5-star standard especially disappointing as it was our honeymoon. From the start, the experience was disorganised. We had emailed the hotel in advance with our arrival time, yet upon arrival we were informed we were booked on a later boat, creating immediate confusion and stress....

“King Deluxe Room was VERY spacious - capacity when booking online says 2ppl but would fit another 1-2 rollaway beds (if it was available) for kids up to 12-15yrs, or even a small round dining table as a place to eat. Bathroom was great space too, and full-size mirror (a lot of hotels don't have this). Great location esp with Woollies and a lot of dining options literally footsteps away. Lovely breakfast available downstairs. Parking was fantastic, esp EV charger. Corridors to the rooms was...

“Room was clean but the bed was hard & uncomfortable - a deluxe room you would think the bed would be soft or at least have a good topper!! The air conditioner was set to 1 temperature, maintenance was supposed to come to fix it but they were a no show & it was cold & windy during our stay. Some of the cocktails at some bars are premix from the tap for the price we paid also very disappointed. This resort has sooo much potential disappointed to see that instead of getting better after Covid it...

“We were upgraded to a room with a garden view, much appreciated Room was basic but fine. Comfortable bed, bathroom had been renovated, loved the tiles😋 Pool and surrounding area very nice.”
