“Overall we had a great time. My husband cut his finger pretty bad on a broken tile in one of the pools. Borderline needed a hospital visit and stitches. Staff really could have handled the situation better. Concern could have been more and the tiles were not fixed. If a child cut their finger the way he did then could have been a lot worse for a tiny finger. Property was clean. Could have been more complimentary dishwasher powder and toilet paper. 2 rolls for a family of 4 for 7 nights isn’t...

“What a fantastic stay! I was worried about staying in a hotel room with all my family, but we did not even notice. Rooms were quiet, clean, comfortable beds. The fact you get access to SeaWorld as many times as you want, was amazing. It was not far to places. The staff were fantastic. All lovely especially the buffet breakfast staff. Even though there was a bit of a wait to get in there, the staff handled it all very well. Great place to stay! Would definitely recommend! ”

“As you are in an Island , you have to rely on their food options and restaurant, this would be shocking when you have a child and been told the food is finished or all the tables have been reserved! they should know how many guest on the Island to ensure the variety and enough food in reasonable prices available for everyone. ”

“prefect location, didnt need the car at all. Walk everywhere to national park, beach, dining restaurants. very relaxing. accommodation have everything we need, feel like second home, very clean, comfortable and quiet. Will be back.”

“Basic motel room but in superb location with convenient cafe downstairs for excellent breakfast. Right on Main Street with easy walking to beach restaurants shops etc. perfect for one or 2 nights. Parking on site really for small cars only but easy free parking nearby. ”
