“Everything barring the bathroom was fine. The bathroom was so terrible that it pulled down the rating for the overall property. The drain for the shower and the washbasin was the same and water used to come out of the drain while taking a shower. Also, the shower curtain was pretty filthy - did not want to even touch it. ”

The tea pod was dirty with something white, i called help desk but nobody answered so I went down to the reception to report the problem and ask for a clean tea pot, they asked me for my room number and promised they will go to my room with a clean tea pot, of course that never happened.
