“I think this hotel is a very nice value for the price you pay. Very clean and a nice room. Breakfast was great and the staff exceptional. Hot tub got hot my first night but not the second night (this may be due to the flood to come). On my second night after I left the pool area and went back to my room at 10:30 p.m. some guy barricaded himself in his room on the 3rd floor and proceeded to flood the whole hotel. We had to evacuate. Fire dept shut the hotel down and turned off power to it. ...

“The easy check in was great & My first room wasn't great called the front desk & He switched me right out great customer service & house keeping came around 11:30 am & asked did i need my room serviced & we declined but she was so sweet & bought me some toilet paper that i request.I will definitely stay here when i return to ohio ”
