“Great location close to LoHi. Gorgeous property and yard. Lots of beautiful flowers and yard was beautiful. One of my favorite places I have ever stayed. Rocking porch swing, fire pits and hot tub. Cottage was darling with local artwork and some antiques that reminds you of your childhood. It’s simply Perfect! Can’t wait to stay here again!”

She was an A-plus host—quick to respond and proactive about making sure the quirky details felt like pleasant surprises instead of gotchas. We had total privacy the whole time, and while we never quite made it into the hot tub, it looked perfectly inviting for next time. If you’re after a place with character, comfort, and a host who truly cares, book this one—you’ll love it. We’d come back in a heartbeat!”

“Two very cool properties. We were in town for a tech summit and thought the location was was perfect. A grocery store a block away, coffee and restaurants in walking distance and only a 10 Lyft ride away from the convention center. ”

“Me and my family loved our stay at this property. Check in was smooth and easy. The house was very clean and had activities for our family to play. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. There were stores close by went plenty of eating options as well. ”

Carrie was great, good communication but gave us privacy despite how close the carriage house is to the main property. Lot’s of attention to detail inside and out.
