“Expedia was fine. But this property was very fair. It was managed by Capital Hotel. A VRBO. I tried to call Capital Hotel before check in .. no call back. I did receive a check in text on a chat line that was monitored. Requested a later check out. None granted. The check in directions required that we read them 4-5 times to put all the pieces together. Also the place was advertised as a 2BR. When the check in info came in, it was noted as a one bedroom. “Was perfect for our little cousin reunion. Beds comfortable, great group hang space but also enough beds for everyone to have some personal space when needed. Communication was excellent with management of the property. My only complaint would be the general lofty common space was not quite as clean as I personally would like it to be but bathrooms and bedrooms were clean. We had a great stay. ”
