“Great property in a great location with attention to detail throughout the apartment. However if you are a light sleeper, the constant train passing through and subsequent noise will surely be a bother.”

“Clean and centrally located”

“El lugar es justo como se describe, es amplio, bien ubicado, limpio, todo funciona bien. El acceso no fue tan sencillo justo en la puerta al apartamento pero se resolvió muy rápido, el acceso de la calle fue muy rápido. Es ideal para familias. La comunicación fue buena y eficaz. Si nos gustó.”

“Fishtown is quite the place to be when staying in Philly. It has plenty of options for entertainment, eating and shopping. Only problem is parking which is tight but we were able to manage it. It is best if you did not bring a car. The apartment was very chic and comfortable. I plan to return in two weeks for a second stay in December, Great value ”

“Host went out of his way to let us enter in early. Made a HUGE difference in our enjoyment of the concert we went to. Everything is as pictured. Would definitely stay again.”

“Great location! Parking is not included, so that proved to be a little challenging, but overall this place is great. The host was very responsive, and the place was clean and as seen in the photos.”

“It was very clean and nicely set I loved it”

“Awesome spot”

“Pros- place was clean, had fresh linens and a comfortable bed. Rooftop was nice as well. Cons- no mention of extra fees (have to pay for early check in/late check out- by the hour- and have to pay for parking pass if staying less than 3 nights) Misleading title and description until you get the “house rules” AFTER booking. No balcony in unit, only rooftop access. Did not get arrival instructions until 10 mins before arrival time. Getting into the building was confusing with 8 steps to follow....

“Great location!!”
