“This cozy and very well designed spot is in a perfect location, in a safe neighborhood and the hosts have thought of everything that you might need/want (including warm towels and toilet seat!). Jennifer wrote to me before I checked in and let me know about the dog items in the closet, which did come in handy. There was enough room for my one dog's crate and the other one's bed. We walked at night in the neighborhood and felt very secure. The room is warm and the bed was very comfortable....

“The fire alarm was activated during our stay, we didn’t receive proper instructions from the personnel to evacuate or to return to our rooms once the alarm stopped. ”

“Easy check in, comfortable home, convenient location, and walkable; close to Taco Bell, grocery store and also chase bank. Parking is okay. One car can park in driveway and some street parking if available for any other cars. There are tenants that live on a separate part of the house which we weren’t aware of. They didn’t bother us. Overall, it’s very homey feeling. They have a kitchen that has all the appliances you need. Provide towels, no wash cloths. Would come back in the future. ”

“The property is a nice house the only thing is the cleaning could have been much better. The throw rugs will need to be steam clean to remove the dirt odor and sheets needed to be replaced. ”
