“Very clean and nice friendly staff and great breakfast. ”

“We go to Shreveport LA to visit family and we always stay at the Homewood Suites by Hilton. Usually we have a super nice room. This room had a lot to lack. Super small tub that had chips in the porcelain. The outside of the fridge needed to be cleaned. Our check in time was 3 pm and we got there at 3:30 and had to wait another hour for a clean room. All the AC in the room was off and it was nearly 80 degrees in our room. This room was just not what we are used too and definitely not as described...

“The Hampton Inn at the Shreveport airport was conveniently located for our road trip. Check in and check out were done speedy and professionally. Room was very clean and bed comfortable. Bathroom water pressure was very very low…took a long time to get the shampoo out during the shower. Buffet Breakfast was served by a lady not as courteous as the other staff we met. First time I saw this type of service during my long road trip, as normally at a buffet breakfast you serve yourself.”
