“The hotel has an amazing spa and good beds, but the service is flat or nonexistent and the rooms could use an update. Especially the mold in bathroom. As other guests comment: the amount of add ons and lack of basic amenities (coffee/snacks throughout day, more varied food options, room amenities) was a turn off. The big problem with this room was the bar was below it and outside area where people smoked and the smell of smoke drifted in to the room even though the window was closed. I thought the smoking would stop but at 2 AM there were still people down there being loud and smoking combined that with another guest who had a dog that literally never stopped barking until very late in the evening and then started barking again before 7am. “This was a very pleasant surprise. I was truly pleased at how nice this was. There is an amazing spa area for a discounted fee for guests in the morning there was a free yoga class outside on a beautiful grassy area. I did not have dinner, but the breakfast buffet that was included was very good.”
