“Nice small vacation house in a quiet street, we really enjoyed the stay. Its well equiped for the price and clean. It's quiet but shops and a food market are just 5 Minutes by foot. We could reach every place in and around Chiang Mai in max 30 Minutes by taxi. If you need a car with a driver for longer trips you can call the agent they recommend. For a 7 seater we just payed 2500 THB for the full day! We definitely can comment the place.”

“The property was difficult to find for the Grab driver, but itself was alright. It is next to a tattoo parlor and bar, but the bar owner was wonderful and friendly. We were told by a local that we were in the "red light" district, which explained quite a bit. The residence itself was fine. Living room and kitchen were nice size.
