This hotel has declined a lot in the last year or so since I've been here in the past. The room was not up to par. Found a duster in the lampshade! The fact my 7yr old found this and not the cleaning staff says a lot. I found packaging from a tylenol bottle out in the open in the room which again shows no attention to detail. The pool is filthy! The ring around the pool water is so gross and there is very visible algae in the corners of the pool too.
Staff are very friendly and that's about it. Breakfast is sub-par and runs out quickly.
Unfortunately we will not be coming back to this hotel on our semi-annual visits to North Bay any longer due to this decline.
