“Really enjoyed our stay, visiting North Charleston and Park Circle area. Within walking distance to some of the restaurants we visited. Place was exactly as described, very clean and had everything we needed. Beds were quite firm, however we understand that some like that. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks For having us!”

Due to the loud music from the neighbors, trains and airplanes all night, I left a night early. Owner was slow to respond when I kept tripping the alarm.”

“The house itself looks like pictures. New appliances were nice. Our first impression was scary. As we pulled up and parked a man walked up to my window. He was begging us for money and would NOT get away from my car. I was traveling alone with my kids and I was honestly uneasy and at times frightened. We did eventually, about 10 minutes and a threat to call 911 later, we were able to exit our car because the man who appeared on drugs and very unkept finally walked away. I do blame myself because...

“When we arrived for my wife’s birthday trip, we were very disappointed with the condition of the property. There were cigarette butts scattered all around the outside of the house, which made the place feel unclean from the start. Inside, there is a weak spot in the floor next to the toilet that feels extremely unsafe — if someone steps on it, they could easily fall through the floor.Another issue was the air conditioning. Guests do not have control over it because the host manages it remotely...

“Dear SIr/Madam Unfortunately the property was not to the standard that we would expect for the price we paid. On arriving at the property we noted that the outside furniture was dirty, there are plants blocking the entrance to the stairs leading up to the apartment. The stairs and front door mat had not been swept and they were clustered with leaves. The outside sitting area was covered in leaves. Inside the tops of the curtains were full of dust, the floor was sticky and had not been cleaned....
