  • This home and its surrounding neighborhood are a quiet retreat from the hustle and bustle. The open living area is perfect for smaller gatherings, and the finished, lower level is nice for those who need a little privacy. Amenities include a wood-burning fireplace, foosball table, a large assortment of books, and a gas grill located out on the furnished back deck.

    What's nearby:
    For shopping enthusiasts, you are less than three miles from Settlers Green which offers over 75 outlet stores. For outdoor adventures, this home is conveniently close to several nearby mountains and ski areas like Attitash, Wildcat, and Bretton Woods. Or take a scenic drive over to Clark's Trading Post or Polar Caves Park, both about 60 miles away. For warm weather activities, enjoy a leisurely stroll on Weston's Beach, 11 miles east. And for fishing, kayaking, canoeing, and water tubing, the Saco River is close by. This rental is also located less than two miles from Cranmore Mountain and less than three miles from Echo Lake.

Spacious Home Close to Everything

Exactly as advertised. Very comfortable home that is close to everything in Downtown North Conway. Loved the downstairs space. Very pet friendly. Great stay!

Wonderful place in a fantastic location!

Loved the "vibe" of the home. Everything was comfy and clean. Great location to activities and restaurants. Peaches was our favorite place for breakfast. The neighborhood was very quiet. Definitely would recommend visiting.

Great spot!

This is a great house with lots of room for family members to spread out. Kitchen is well appointed, beds are comfortable. Location can't be beat. Walk to town, close to ski mountains, and a quick drive to snowshoe/X-C trails. Our only suggestion is to add a few throw rugs to the bedrooms and living room.

Overall we enjoyed it, peaceful, quiet! Just no cable, could of had basic cable, and Downstairs shower head needs to be changed and could have been a bit cleaner.

Nice stay

Great stay. Had everything we needed- enough space, pans, fire pit, grill, etc. House was clean, with plenty of supplies left for us to use. The “game” room was just one game table, but a cool hang out spot. Getting into the house was a process, with a 10 number passcode and no directions on how to use the pad- so locking up was impossible unless you locked the side door from the inside and went out the front… overall, great place to bring your family and great location!!!!

Comfortable place for a family in a central N. Conway location

Good location, with comfortable beds and a large open space. Furniture is not exactly as pictured (missing rugs, bed in the basement is in a different room), and the kitchen is not very clean (food on pots/pans, crumbs in drawers). It suited our needs and it didn't take long to clean the kitchen. Avoided cooking with some pans due to their condition.

Family place for three generations

Exactly what the pictures show--big kitchen, mostly open to dining area and living room; finished basement is quite nice. The grandparents needed a first floor room with as few stairs as possible, and this updated ranch house was very easy for them to get in and out to the car. This house is in a quiet neighborhood that is great for people like us who like to retire early then rise early to ski, hike, or walk the dog. Walking distance from village center. Only reason for four stars in a couple categories was that the under-counter kitchen garbage and recycling bins had not been emptied prior to our arrival (but had very little in them so not a problem either). Everything else was spotless and ready for our use. I had no need to contact the manager for anything during our stay.

Very functional, good location, needs some more attention.

Our family of four really enjoyed our stay; the house really served its purpose. Location was close to town if you like that and neighborhood is relatively quiet. I got to meet some of the neighbors who were lovely. We have a daughter with a complex medical profile and need to make sure we have access to air conditioning - the house has central and it worked well when we needed it. We have tried other booking sites and had them lie to us. Really appreciated the 3D walkthrough - so no real surprises. Vacasa checkout and checkin was the easiest we’ve used and also much appreciated. There were a few things that irked us - insufficient consumables (we had to buy dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, garbage bags, shampoo, conditioner, napkins, wood for the fire pit, and marshmallow roasting sticks) we left our extras behind to help the next people. The house has 3 teaspoons - but plenty of other silverware. The smoke alarm went off from boiling water. Also had some guy from Vacasa show up for an inspection - but he realized he made a mistake and was very apologetic. So this may not sound like a glowing review - but at the end of it all - we would definitely book this place again which says a lot.
